You won't need to go anywhere to pick up or drop off keys. Approximately 3 days prior to your check in you will receive your personal keyless entry code. Please remember you are staying in a home not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, if any problems do arise, we will do our very best to take action ASAP but there is no one living onsite 24/7. Sometimes, things break or go missing. In such cases, we try our best to replace as soon as possible, but please note unless it's an emergency, it may not happen during your stay.
No refunds for inclement weather, natural disasters, power outages, medical events, etc. and other circumstances that are beyond our control. ​​As such, we **STRONGLY** recommend obtaining Travel Insurance for all your planned trip protection.
Bugs and pests are common in the mountains. Please keep doors closed to help prevent them from coming in. We work with a local professional pest control company that treats our cabin with organic material to help prevent them, but be aware that you may see pests. No refunds will be issued for pests.
In the mountains, you may see bears. If you see bears please keep your distance and never leave food for them. Do not leave food in your vehicle as bears may break in. Always place trash in the bear proof receptacle located right outside the cabin. *Trash must be placed in the bear-proof receptacle.* Our housekeeping staff will empty the trash at the end of your stay. Please do not place trash on top of the cage. Please lock the cage.
This property is on a septic tank. Do not put anything in the sink that is biodegradable. Do not pour grease, oil, fats, or ground coffee down the garbage disposal. Flush only toilet paper down. No sanitary products, wipes, paper towels, hair or chemical cleaners, etc.

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles. 2 vehicles can be parked in front of the main entrance. There is parking for 2 cars in the lower driveway which is accessible through the road going down past the main entrance on the left.

There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.
You may purchase trip insurance while making your reservation through our automated booking system.
Be sure to carefully read the insurance that you purchase so you know which cancellation reasons are covered and which ones are not. The Cancel For Any Reason is highly recommended.
Security cameras are located outside at all entrances into the cabin for your security. NO cameras inside the property.
When you book direct you pay less with no third party booking fees. Booking direct gives you additional benefits like priority check-in.
We don't do discounts on a per guest basis to be fair to all guests. Our pricing is managed by a pricing software and it is based on several factors such as demand, occupancy, seasonality, etc. Our cabin is among the few luxury cabins in the area with state of the art amenities and impeccable location. Compared to other cabins in the same class, we keep our rates competitive (again, this is done by the pricing software that applies a discount to the "market rate" for properties similar to ours.)
We respect everyone has different budgets in mind, and we understand that our prices may not work for everyone. But if you do decide to book with us, we will do our best to ensure you and your group have the best vacation experience.
Our minimum night stay varies depending on the season. For most days, we have a 2-3 night minimum. Please put your dates in the booking calendar to see the minimum nights for your interested dates. And reach out to us for additional availability.
